Shipping
Products will be shipped 3-5 days after order is placed. International orders will ship between 6-10 days, varies based on location. After order is shipped, the delivery time will be dependent on your chosen shipping option.

Extra Shipping Charge (International Orders)
If you are located outside of the USA, this is most likely an import tariff from your country. We are not responsible for paying any custom duties, import taxes, or fees. Every country is different and so we strongly advise that you research your specific country's laws before making a purchase. This way, you are not faced with an unexpected bill!

Restock
Our product supply is limited and exclusive. We plan to restock every two weeks, and orders are first come, first serve basis. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be notified of all restocks! Social media handle: @toplevelrc

Returns
Restocking fee: 20% of products' price. Shipping fees incurred during order not eligible for refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@toplevelrc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a RMA # and the return address. The RMA # must be included within either the packaging or shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
